Most of us are familiar with the term life coach, who is someone typically known for helping their clients reach a goal or make changes in their life or work through a transition. An Integrative Wellness & Life Coach does all of that and in addition, helps you to move past core issues and negative patterns while empowering you to change your life with effective tools, techniques and specific action plans.

An Integrative Wellness & Life Coach helps clients gain freedom from negative emotions and limiting beliefs from the past, overcome habits and patterns that block contentment in certain areas of life and helps you to take the actions necessary to live the life you desire. This requires the willingness to let go of beliefs and mindsets that limit you from experiencing a desired outcome.

A Holistic & Integrative Approach 

We are all comprised of four aspects of self that are interconnected and in-turn, affect one another. In order to experience well-being, we need to be balanced and well in each of these four areas.

Mental system – this is your thought-life, including your thought patterns, self-perceptions and how you see yourself. This also entails your core beliefs and your view of the world.

Emotional system – this is your feelings and emotions, and the relationship you tend to have with yourself and with others. This is about your ability to give love and receive love, as well as how you process and release emotions.

Physical system – this is your physical health as well as the physical things you create tangibly in your life.

Spiritual system – this is your true self and your connection to energy, higher self, God or a higher power, and to the community and world.

My Approach 

Through my personal spiritual journey and years of training, I have learned that it necessary to process and release our emotions otherwise we store them in our bodies, which ultimately causes us physical problems. We all experience or encounter situations in our lives that affect us one way or another. How we respond to these situations or allow them to affect us will determine the life we live.

If we go throughout life with negative feelings or unresolved issues held within us, it is going to affect how we act, how we cope, and how we choose to move forward. Once we are able to identify, process, and release these emotions, we can live a life congruent with our true selves. It is when we intentionally create our lives from a place of freedom from the past that we start to live an empowered life!

I will provide exercises that help to identify areas that are out of balance and provide tools, techniques and specific action plans to help you achieve your goals, heal core issues and make positive changes.
