Initial Evaluation - Performed on massage table to determine limitations in range of motion and asymmetries between right and left sides. Depending on health status, data may be collected to determine baseline measures and set short and long term goals.

Individual Training (one-on-one) - A private session where each individual receives the attention necessary to address their individual needs. Depending on their initial evaluation, some manual work might be needed to address joint restrictions, joint pain, muscle weakness or discomfort. This is also recommended for individuals with minimal exercise experience or who have been referred by a medical professional.

Semi-Private Training (2-4 people) - A less expensive session, but without the hands-on attention received during a private session. Ideal for those who enjoy a small group atmosphere.

Exercise Therapy - Recommended for individuals who have been injured, suffer from chronic pain, or need some form of rehabilitation. Exercises are geared toward regaining strength and stability, and involve the use of resistance bands, light weights, and weight bearing exercises.

Table Work - Performed on a massage table, this hands-on approach addresses joint pain or limitations, along with weak or inflexible muscles. 

Muscle Activation Technique™ - A therapeutic approach designed to identify and correct muscular imbalances which contribute to chronic pain, tightness and injury. "Jumpstart" exercises are incorporated to help restore normal muscle function and lessen stress placed on the joints.

Home or Office Training - Trainer is available to come to your location. If needed, resistance training equipment will be brought along. 

Workshops/Seminars - Leigh is available to present an assortment of topics covering different aspects of fitness training and well-being.

Kettlebell Training - Kettlebells are cast iron weights with an iron handle. They are used for a wide range of strength activities, and require extreme control and muscle coordination.

Kettlebells: 
  • Burn more calories
  • Increase muscular endurance
  • Strengthen the cardiovascular system

Core/Spinal Stabilization - Specific exercises are incorporated into routine to strengthen the abdominal, spinal, and hip musculature. Strengthening the muscles of the trunk and spine can lead to more:
  • Balance and Coordination
  • Agility
  • Strength/Power
  • Endurance

    a. 1 - 3 sessions - $75 ea
    b. 4 - 7 sessions - $70 ea
    c. 8 or more sessions - $60 ea

3. Small Group/Semi-Private (55 min)
    a. 1 - 7 sessions - $45 ea
    b. 8 or more sessions - $40 ea

4. Exercise Therapy (45 min)
    a. 1 - 7 sessions - $80 ea
    b. 8 or more sessions - $70 ea

5. Table Work (MAT™, Stretching, 
    Manual Manipulation)
    a. 30 min - $50
    b. 60 min - $70

6. In-Home or Office (55 min)
    a. Add travel expense of $10 to above
