
Our goal at Certified Fitness Systems (CFS)
is to educate and instruct the client on how to take better care
of their body. CFS is committed to providing a system that is based
on “exercise” science and not on “gym” science.
A strong knowledge of the human structure and how it responds to
forces placed upon it sets CFS apart from other fitness services.
We feel it is important that each client understands how the body
can breakdown over time and what is needed to avoid pain and injury.
Once a client understands their body’s capabilities and limitations,
they will be better prepared to take care of it. Teaching correct
exercise technique helps prevent excessive wear and tear on the
joints of the body, therefore allowing one to stay more active later
in life. CFS incorporates an assortment of exercises using various
types of strength training equipment to challenge the client and
help them reach their goals.
CFS
has a limited number of clients, ensuring that each client receives
the service and attention they deserve. Training in a personal environment
allows for better communication and rapport between the instructor
and client. Each client is provided a personal exercise prescription
and hands-on instruction to address their body’s specific
needs. CFS is committed to providing a training service that keeps
the client motivated, while looking and feeling better.
